BEIBU's DCS Series Electronic Quantitative Packaging Scales
Product Overview
BEIBU's DCS Series electronic quantitative packaging scales (including the DCS-10A, DCS-50A, DCS-100A, and DCS-100S models) are ideal packaging solutions for the grain processing industry. These machines automate the entire weighing, bagging, and sewing process, significantly improving packaging efficiency and reducing manual labor. Product Advantages

1. High Efficiency: The single-scale model can pack 300 bags per hour, while the dual-scale model (DCS-100S) can reach 600 bags per hour.
2. High Precision: Advanced sensor technology ensures accurate weight for each bag.
3. Automation: Fully automated operation reduces manual intervention.
4. Market Recognition: This product series has been widely accepted and has become an industry benchmark.
Working Principle
The DCS series electronic quantitative packaging scale consists of the following core components:

1. Silo - Stores the grain to be packaged.
2. Inlet Valve - Controls the flow of grain into the weighing hopper.
3. Sensor - Real-time monitoring of the weight in the weighing hopper.
4. Weighing bucket - Suspended by a sensor for precise weighing.
5. Discharge Valve (Valve 2) - Controls the discharge of material from the weighing hopper into the bag.
6. Bag Holder - Secures the bag to ensure a stable bagging process. Workflow
Take the packaging of 50kg of grain as an example:
1. Initial stage: Grain raw materials are poured into the silo
2. Rapid feeding: The control system opens the feed valve (valve), and the grain quickly falls into the weighing bucket
- The valve is set to the "fast" position
- A sensor monitors weight changes in real time
3. Medium-speed feeding: When the weight reaches 30kg
- The valve automatically switches to the "medium" position
- The feeding speed is reduced to improve accuracy
4. Fine feeding: When the weight approaches the target value (49kg)
- The valve switches to the "slow" position
- The grain slowly falls into the weighing bucket
5. Precision stop: When the weight reaches 50kg
- The valve quickly closes
- Exactly 50kg of grain is stored in the weighing bucket
6. Bagging stage:
- The bag holder automatically secures the bag
- The discharge valve (Valve 2) opens, and the grain in the weighing bucket is poured into the bag
7. Cyclic Operation: After bagging is complete, the system automatically releases the bag clamp and begins the next packaging cycle.
Technical Features
1. Three-speed Control: Fast, medium, and slow feed speeds ensure the perfect balance between weighing efficiency and accuracy.
2. Intelligent Sensor: High-precision sensors monitor weight changes in real time to ensure accurate weighing.
3. Modular Design: Single or dual scale configurations are available to meet customer needs.
4. Durable Construction: Manufactured from industrial-grade materials, ensuring long-term stable operation. BEIBU's DCS series electronic quantitative packaging scales utilize this intelligent control approach to significantly improve packaging efficiency while ensuring consistent weight across each bag, providing reliable production support for grain processing companies.
