As the dust layer on the surface of the filter bags thickens and the equipment resistance rises to a set value, the cleaning system automatically activates: the pulse controller triggers the electromagnetic pulse valve, and compressed air is injected into the filter bags at high speed in a very short time (approximately 0.1-0.2 seconds), causing the filter bags to rapidly expand and deform, generating strong vibrations and reverse airflow, thereby stripping the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bags and dropping it into the ash hopper.
