Recently, BEIBU Company successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a large-scale pea production line, custom-designed to meet a customer's high production capacity requirement of 20 tons per hour. Leveraging advanced processing technology and modular configuration, the line can flexibly adjust its process flow to meet the customer's varying pea purity requirements, providing an efficient and precise pea processing solution.

4. DCS-100S automatic packaging scale: Enables precise weighing and packaging of processed peas, supporting seamless logistics.

5. 10-meter conveyor belt system: Connects various equipment units, optimizes material flow efficiency, and reduces manual intervention.

The production line utilizes modular operating logic:

- Basic Mode: Only the grain cleaner and stone remover are activated, meeting customers' average purity requirements and reducing energy consumption.

- High Purity Mode: Combined with the fine sorting function of the grading screen, this further improves pea purity, suitable for the high-end market. After three days of on-site installation and commissioning, all indicators of the production line exceeded expectations:

- Processing cleanliness consistently exceeded 99%, far exceeding industry standards.

- Daily loading capacity reached an average of 10 vehicles, significantly improving the customer's shipping efficiency.
