Those light impurities with smaller specific gravity, such as broken grains, dust, etc., will be carried away by the airflow and discharged from the special impurity outlet. Qualified grains and beans with moderate density and size can overcome the force of the airflow, continue to maintain the upward movement trend on the screen surface, and finally be discharged from the finished product outlet. ​
The synergistic effect of vibration and airflow enables grains, beans, stones and other impurities to be accurately separated according to their own physical properties.
