Introduction

•Blowing type De-stoner will remove the stones and other heavy impurities;

•The raw material will deliver to the De-stoner by elevator,then the material will evenly scattered on the De-stoner table,with the fan motor under the table blow up the wind and the vibration of machine,the stones and other heavy impurities will climb up and the material will go down to the final product outlet.

•De-stoner capacity which is 3t/h based sesame and the machine got two types based on the different capacity.

This destoner machine uses high-quality imported beech wood for the frame of the stoner table. Compared to ordinary wood, imported beech wood has more stable performance, ensuring that it will not malfunction during frequent vibration. The stonertable surface uses 304 stainless steel mesh, which is sturdy and wear-resistant. It also uses a frequency converter to control the vibration frequency of the stonertable, making it easier to adjust and achieve better stone removal results.

With the combination of air and vibration, this machine can efficiently remove stones from grains. Its efficiency reaches 99%. Regarding output, we have two models, the 5QSC-5 and 5QSC-10 destoners, which can clean 7 tons and 10 tons per hour, respectively.
