PLC Auto Cleaner with gravity table & vibration grader

For many customers, the cleaning efficiency achieved by a single Z310 PLC-controlled intelligent combination cleaning machine is no longer sufficient. They require more precise sorting of large and small impurities in beans, seeds, and grains. Due to these higher demands, the vibration grader on the Z310 is insufficient, and more precise separation is necessary.

Therefore, to meet their production needs, we designed a large-scale classifier. Each vibration sorts the material into two classification box, thus increasing the capacity . By combining two vibrating grader into a single unit, the overall processing capacity is increased to four times the original.

As a result, through the coordinated operation of the entire system, we can obtain a complete, high-capacity, and high-purity grain cleaning machine while saving space. When cleaning sesame seeds, the capacity can reach 10-12 tons/hour; when cleaning beans, wheat, and corn, the capacity can reach 25-30 tons/hour. This equipment is widely used in the grain import and export industry, grain processing enterprises, and the feed industry.

In addition, the entire machine can fit into a 40HQ container, maximizing the use of container loading space.
