Introduction
These two grain cleaning machines combined together form a classic combination machine.
It is a multifunction machine.
1. it have elevator . the elevator is non broken design . will protect the seeds .
2. it have air screen cleaner . The fan provides air volume to the air screen. When seeds or grains pass through, light impurities such as dust, leaves, straw, and empty shells will be taken away.
3. then , the seeds will go in to two layer sives . it will take out the big imurities and the mall impurities .
4.after that . the grains come to the specific gravity separator . we also call it gravity table . Here, moldy seeds, spoiled seeds, underdeveloped seeds, etc. will be distinguished by their different specific gravity.
5. finally , the seeds will go through the vibration grader . here big and small impurities will be remove again . And , it can size the seeds to different sizes .
