The 5XFJ Series Vibration Grader offers varying capacities depending on the model. Its output is influenced by the screen width and the machine’s inclination angle—a steeper angle increases output but may reduce screening efficiency.
Normally equipped with four layers of sieves, the machine can be operated with two, three, or all four layers based on customer needs and material characteristics.
To increase capacity, a special model—5XFJ-20Y Vibration Grader—is available. It features five sieve layers, with the middle layer solid (no holes), dividing the box into upper and lower sections. Each section contains two sieve layers, allowing simultaneous dual-space processing and effectively doubling the output of a standard grader.
The grader can sort materials by size and remove larger or smaller impurities, primarily determined by mesh size. Custom mesh sizes—including long holes and round holes—are available with precision down to 0.1mm.
Each sieve layer includes a self-cleaning function using elastic balls that bounce during operation to clear blocked sieve holes.
Regarding vibration: while some graders use a motor-driven eccentric wheel with slower vibration, our machine employs a dual-vibration motor for higher frequency, resulting in greater throughput and improved screening efficiency.
