Polishing Machine

The 5XPG-5 Polishing Machine removes dust from the surface of grains, giving them a shiny appearance after polishing.  

It is mainly used for products like green mung beans and cassia seeds.

Many are unaware that grains or beans sold in supermarkets are often polished. Compared to natural beans, polished beans have cleaner, brighter surfaces and appear more attractive under store lighting.

The polishing principle is simple: a rotating main shaft fitted with spiral-arranged cloth brushes continuously rubs the beans, pushing them forward while they also rub against each other. This friction achieves an effective polish.

Our polishing machine features a unique design. Unlike typical models with only one exhaust fan, ours includes two fans. The main shaft is also perforated. During operation, one high-pressure fan blows air through these holes, dispersing air among the beans, while the other fan creates negative pressure to suction dust. This dual-fan system continuously flushes the beans’ surfaces and removes loosened dust, resulting in more efficient and thorough polishing.
