Seed Coating Machine
Power:2.2KW
Espeically for seeds coating
Production time:7 working days
Seeds can be continuously fe d into mixing cylinder through feeding bucket elevator, at the same time quantitative medicine liquid will be supplied by dosing pump, and then atomized by the high s peed centrifugal rotary disk, following adhere to the surface of seeds,at the end completely mixed by the auger in the cylinder. High speed centrifugal rotary disk(for atomizing the liquid medicine) and large stainless steel cylinder (for mixing by au uger rolling), can provide a god coating effect.

In the seed industry, there is a very important link, that is, the prevention and control of diseases and pests. Otherwise, the seeds sown on the ground are very likely to be eaten by insects. Therefore, the seed coating machine came into being. Its function is to coat the surface of the seeds with the corresponding pesticides.
The 5BY series seed coating machine produced by our factory is one of the main equipment for industrialized seed production. It is suitable for seed coating of various crops such as wheat, barley, corn, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, vegetables and fruits.
This machine has drawn on the advantages of domestic and foreign models and been optimized, and is very popular among users. All of them adopt advanced design schemes such as high-speed centrifugal disc atomization and flexible stirrer stirring. They are small in size, easy to operate, have few malfunctions, are reliable in use, easy to clean, have no gas evaporation, provide accurate dosage, form uniform films, and have wide applicability.
The seeds are sent into the mixing box by the elevator and evenly spread out. During the dispersion process, the agent is conveyed to the rotating disc in the mixing tank by a gear pump. Under the high-speed centrifugal force of the rotating disc, the agent is uniformly atomized and effectively adheres to the surface of the seeds, forming an initial coating layer. The coated seeds enter the mixer, where they are further mixed and coated by a flexible mixer, and are finally sent to the discharge port for discharge outside the machine.
After being processed by the seed coating machine, the seeds can grow healthily.
